How it works

  1. Add your PDF

Or paste text, or a link to a web page. Pick a page range for one chapter.

  2. Choose the questions

Pick how many, the question type and the difficulty.

  3. Print or save

Print it, or save it as a PDF, with or without the answer key.

Worksheets from the material you already teach

Most of what you hand out is already a PDF: readings, textbook extracts, articles and your own notes. Instead of writing a worksheet from scratch, add the PDF and the worksheet maker drafts the questions from that exact text, so every question matches what your class has actually read.

Choose multiple choice for quick marking, true or false for a fast check, fill in the blank for key vocabulary, short answer for explanations, or a mix of all four. Easy questions check the facts; hard ones ask students to apply ideas and connect parts of the text.

Printing, answer keys and saving as PDF

The worksheet prints cleanly with name, date and score lines, numbered questions, answer bubbles for multiple choice and writing lines for short answers. The answer key starts on a new page, so you can print student copies without it, then print the key once for yourself.

To save the worksheet as a file, press "Print or save as PDF" and choose "Save as PDF" as the printer. The same questions are also an online quiz with instant marking, which you can share with a link.

Frequently asked questions

Still stuck? Get in touch.

How do I print the worksheet or save it as a PDF?

Press "Print or save as PDF". To save a file instead of printing, choose "Save as PDF" as the printer. The answer key prints on its own page, so you can leave it out of the student copies.

What kinds of questions can a worksheet have?

Multiple choice, true or false, fill in the blank and short answer, or a mix of all four. Short-answer questions get lines to write on.

Is the worksheet generator free?

Yes, with no sign-up, no watermark and no monthly limit. Make as many worksheets as you need.

Can I use the same questions in Kahoot or Google Forms?

Yes. Under "Export to", Kahoot gets a spreadsheet for its Import spreadsheet option, and Google Forms gets a short script that builds a self-marking quiz in your own Google account.

Can I make a worksheet from just one chapter?

Yes. After adding your PDF, tick "Only use some pages" and enter the page range.

Is it accurate enough for class?

Questions are written only from your document and checked automatically, but they are made by AI, so read the worksheet through before handing it out, as you would with any resource.
